DUAL SPRING THROTTLE RETURN KIT FOR 4150
SERIES BASE CARBURETOR .
A 5/16″ diameter hole must be drilled in the flat part of
your throttle bracket 1″ on center and 45 degrees behind
the rear carburetor stud hole.
This is used to mount the post and spring arm. Spring
tension is controlled by rotating the spring arm post and
locking it in place.
The spring tab and attaching parts mount on the lower
portion of the carburetor throttle arm.
